This workshop is for people who are trying to live a mindful life but are struggling to do it in a way that yields life-changing results. Instead of practising mindfulness in an ad-hoc kind of way - by reading a quote here, trying a meditation there, I will show you how to structure your mindfulness practice in three 3 effective steps. What I call the Mirosuna Way.
After the workshop, you will experience a Mirosuna Sound Meditation for deep self-reflection and integration of all the lessons learnt on the day. I will teach you how to reconnect with peace and create space in between your thoughts. This is a transcendental experience which will perfectly end your busy working week.
