Instead of practising mindfulness in an ad-hoc kind of way - by reading a quote here, trying a meditation there, I will show you how to structure your mindfulness practice in three 3 effective steps. What I call the Mirosuna Way.

After the workshop, you will experience a Mirosuna Sound Meditation for deep self-reflection and integration of all the lessons learnt on the day. I will teach you how to reconnect with peace and create space in between your thoughts. This is a transcendental experience which will perfectly end your busy working week. This workshop is for people who are trying to find their way back to their truth. If you do not feel fulfilled or feel that you are not truly able to show up in life as the real you, this workshop will identify just how far you have disconnected from yourself.

When I was young, I was so free to be me, then as I got older, I unknowingly became the person society told me to be. It wasn’t until my mid 20’s when I realised just how disconnected from my truth I was and that despite having all the material things, I still felt empty. Through my way of mindful living, I started shedding all the layers of crap that wasn’t me. I now live a very happy, fulfilled and meaningful life.

I will help you on your journey of self ‘re-discovery’ so you can get back in touch with the inner you and start living a life that is truly congruent with your soul.

During the workshop, you will also experience a Mirosuna Sound Meditation for deep self-reflection and integration of all the lessons learnt on the day. I will teach you how to reconnect with your inner voice and rise beyond all the external distractions that you don’t need in life. In many other cultures, women live as a Community of Sisters, and Harvard studies reaffirm that women who have a close Female Tribe stay healthier, are happier as they age, and are four times more likely to survive disease.

The February Sister Retreat Series are an in-person authentic connection experience that plants the seed of intention around themes which are most relevant for us. This Retreat series comes from a desire to build deep bonds of sacred sisterhood and elevate the ways we relate to this support, feel heard, are able to listen, and recognize our collective potential.

Come and join us at the end of your working day for a Sound Meditation session with a light Aromatherapy Head Massage

Sound meditation is a practice used for centuries for physical healing, clarity of mind and deep meditation. It harnesses the soothing sounds and vibrations of singing bowls to help you feel truly at peace and present in the moment.

It is an easier alternative for those who find meditation or ‘switching off’ challenging. Helping to make mindfulness more accessible, to begin your practice all you have to do is lay down, close your eyes and focus single-pointedly on the transcendental sounds played to you live in our guided session.

Meditation physically changes the structure of your brain in ways that bring about healthier feelings, thoughts and behaviours. Those who meditate 10-30 minutes a day, are able to stay noticeably calmer in stressful and difficult situations.

By creating space for change, you welcome more happiness and all of the beautiful emotional states that our physical, spiritual and mental body desire.
